At Comsri Corporation, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are accepted for products purchased from our official website or authorized sales channels.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – SEALED PACK PRODUCTS


  • Brand New / Factory-Sealed Products are NOT returnable, NOT replaceable, and NOT refundable.
  • Any warranty for Brand New / Sealed Pack Products is provided only by the original manufacturer (OEM).
  • Comsri Corporation does not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for sealed pack products under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you agree and acknowledge this condition.

1. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Payment gateway charges and processing fees (minimum ₹500) will be deducted from the refund amount.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the following will be deducted:

    • Shipping charges (both forward & return)

    • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

⚠️ This section applies ONLY to refurbished products.

2.1 14-Day Return Policy (Refurbished Products)

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

a) The product is defective or damaged as per quality criteria
b) The product is significantly different from the description
c) Parts or accessories included in the package are missing

Returns are subject to inspection and validation.

2.2 Warranty (Refurbished Products)

Service method and eligibility may vary depending on location and product availability.

Warranty Coverage

Covered:

  • 1-Year warranty on refurbished laptops & desktops

  • 6-Month warranty on refurbished Apple products

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage

  • Accidental or liquid damage

  • Customer-induced damage

  • Software-related issues

  • Extended warranty (if purchased) applies only to manufacturing defects

Warranty Resolution Timeline

  • Resolution may take up to 30 days due to inspection, pickup, repair, and logistics

  • If unresolved, Comsri Corporation may replace or refund at a depreciation of 1% per month, calculated from usage date

2.3 Buyback Program (Refurbished Products)

  • Customers may return refurbished products anytime during the warranty period

  • Depreciation:

    • Minimum 12% OR 5% per month, whichever is higher

    • Minus charges for customer-induced damage (if any)

2.4 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

a) Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
b) Product must not be damaged due to misuse
c) All personal data must be removed before return
d) Buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchase may attract deductions
e) Product must be securely packed for transit

Comsri Corporation is not liable for damage caused due to improper packaging.

2.5 Return Process

  • Contact support via the Contact Us page

  • Do not ship products without approval

  • Technician inspection may be required

  • Failed QC → No charges

  • Passed QC → Applicable deductions

  • Approved replacement → Dispatched within 24–48 hours after receipt

2.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Brand New / Factory-Sealed Products

  • Products not in original condition

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refund Process

RTO (Return to Origin – Undelivered Orders)

a) Refund initiated within 24–48 hours of warehouse receipt
b) Refund credited within 14 business days, after deducting courier charges
c) COD orders not accepted by customer are non-refundable


Delivered Orders – Returned Products

a) Product inspected within 24–48 hours
b) Refund initiated within 14 business days
c) Refund processed to original payment source

Refund Deductions

  • Defective Product: No extra charges (except depreciation)

  • Non-Defective / Customer Preference:

    • Minimum 12% or 5% per month restocking fee

    • Additional deductions for induced damage (if applicable)

3.1 Quality Criteria

Quality checks are conducted as per Comsri Corporation’s internal QC standards.

3.2 Customer-Induced Damage Charges

Charges depend on damage type and severity and will be communicated after inspection.

4. Policy Changes

Comsri Corporation reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies become effective immediately upon posting.

5. Company Rights

Comsri Corporation reserves the right to:

a) Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
b) Limit returns for customers with excessive return history
c) Decide return, refund, or replacement eligibility at its sole discretion
