How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation once your order is dispatched.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use that number on the carrier’s website for real-time tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

What are the eligibility criteria for returns?

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery if the Refurbished product is:
• Damaged or defective
• Significantly different from its description
• Missing parts or accessories

Are there any non-returnable items?

Are sealed pack / brand new products refundable?

No. Brand new / factory-sealed products are NOT refundable, returnable, or replaceable under any circumstances.

Are payment gateway charges refundable?

No. Payment gateway charges and processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges (both ways) + gateway charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.

 

What if my order is cancelled before shipment?

If cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway and processing fees.

Our warranty typically covers material and workmanship defects under normal use.

How long is the warranty valid?

Standard products: 1 year from purchase
Apple products (if applicable): 6 months

How do I get warranty service?

Contact support with proof of purchase. Initial remote resolution attempts may be made, and if needed, further inspection or repair is provided.

We offer both brand new and refurbished products. Product condition is clearly mentioned on each product page before purchase.

What does “refurbished” mean?

Refurbished products are pre-owned devices that are professionally tested, repaired (if required), cleaned, and certified to ensure full functionality.

Do refurbished products come with warranty?

Yes, all eligible refurbished products come with a limited warranty, the duration of which is mentioned on the product page.

Are brand new / sealed products covered under your warranty?

No. Brand new / factory-sealed products are covered only under the manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty, not by us.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are possible only before shipment. Once dispatched, changes are not allowed.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other secure online payment methods supported by our payment gateway.

 

Will I receive an invoice with my order?
