IMPORTANT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

  • All Refurbished Products sold by Comsri Corporation come with a standard 1 (One) Year Warranty, except Apple products, which come with a 6 (Six) Months Warranty only.
  • Brand New / Factory-Sealed Products are covered only by the original manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty, as provided by the brand.
  • Comsri Corporation does NOT provide any warranty or return policy on Brand New / Factory-Sealed Products.
  • All warranty claims for such products must be raised directly with the respective OEM or brand-authorized service centers.
  • By purchasing from Comsri Corporation, you acknowledge and agree to these warranty terms.

Overview of the Warranty

Comsri Corporation is committed to delivering reliable and high-quality refurbished IT hardware products. This Warranty Policy explains the terms, coverage, exclusions, and procedures applicable to warranty services for refurbished products sold by Comsri Corporation.

⚠️ This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Comsri Corporation’s official website or physical sales channels.
Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or resellers are governed by the respective platform’s warranty and return policies.

Warranty Period

Standard Warranty

  1. All Refurbished Products (Except Apple):
    Warranty is valid for 1 (One) Year from the date of original purchase by the end user.

  2. Refurbished Apple Products:
    Warranty is valid for 6 (Six) Months from the date of original purchase.

  3. Excluded Products:
    Certain products or accessories may be sold without warranty, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.


Extended Warranty (If Applicable)

  • Customers may opt for an Extended Warranty, if offered at the time of purchase.

  • Extended warranty coverage is in addition to the standard warranty and extends the total coverage period accordingly.

  • Extended warranty terms may vary by product category.

What Is Covered Under This Warranty?

Defects in Materials & Workmanship

Comsri Corporation warrants that refurbished products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage, in accordance with published technical specifications and usage guidelines.

Hardware Components Covered

This warranty covers internal hardware components of refurbished products, including:

  • Display / Screen

  • Keyboard

  • Internal storage (HDD / SSD)

  • Memory (RAM)

Comsri Corporation will repair or replace defective components caused by manufacturing defects or normal usage during the warranty period.

What Is NOT Covered Under This Warranty?

Third-Party Accessories

  • Accessories not included in the original packaging

  • Any third-party peripherals or add-ons

Software

  • Operating systems

  • Applications

  • Drivers

  • Licenses

  • Data or software issues of any kind

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Consumable parts (including batteries)

  2. Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastics, worn keys, faded labels)

  3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid spills, fire, or power surges

  4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

  5. Normal wear and tear due to product aging

  6. Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers

  7. Products reported as stolen or where ownership cannot be verified

  8. Devices locked with passcodes or accounts (BIOS, iCloud, Google, etc.)

  9. Damage caused by use outside recommended environmental conditions

Customer Responsibilities

Data Backup

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting a product for warranty service.
Comsri Corporation is not liable for any data loss during repair or replacement.

Proof of Purchase

Warranty service requires:

  • Valid invoice or proof of purchase

  • Product serial number verification

  • Compliance with troubleshooting instructions

  • Video recording of the unboxing is mandatory. Any damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported with clear unboxing video/photo proof. Claims without proof will not be accepted.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Step 1: Contact Support

Raise a service request via the Contact Us page with:

  • Order details

  • Issue description

  • Proof of purchase

  • Customers must provide a continuous unboxing video or clear photos to support any claim for physical damage, missing accessories, or incorrect products.

Step 2: Remote Troubleshooting

Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue remotely within 24–48 hours.

Step 3: Onsite / Service Center Diagnosis

  • For serviceable locations, an engineer visit may be scheduled within 6–7 working days

  • For non-serviceable locations, you may be guided to an Authorized Service Partner (ASP)

Step 4: Facility Inspection

If unresolved, the product may be picked up or sent to our service facility for detailed inspection and repair.

Step 5: Replacement

If repair of a refurbished product is not feasible, Comsri Corporation may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement of equivalent value and specifications, subject to availability.

Please Note:
Brand New / Factory-Sealed Products are strictly non-replaceable and non-refundable.
No replacement, exchange, or refund will be provided for sealed pack products under any circumstances. Any warranty-related issues for such products must be addressed directly with the original manufacturer (OEM) or their authorized service centers.

Replacement & Refunds

  • Replacement units are covered under the remaining warranty period only

  • Refunds, if approved, are subject to depreciation and policy evaluation

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Shipping & Handling

Covered Repairs

If the issue is covered under warranty, Comsri Corporation bears shipping costs.

Non-Covered Repairs

If the claim is rejected, shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Customers must ensure secure packaging during returns. Damage due to poor packaging is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

  • Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Coverage applies only to hardware defects

  • Comsri Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, revenue, or goodwill

Our maximum liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product only.

Changes to Warranty Policy

Comsri Corporation reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting.

Force Majeure

Comsri Corporation shall not be liable for delays or failure in warranty service due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Transferability of Warranty

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Resale or transfer of the product voids the warranty.

Customer & Staff Conduct

Abusive behavior toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in denial of service.
Customers may report inappropriate staff conduct through official support channels.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
